You can view the preliminary lists of service areas, estimated funding, and estimated number of awards in the Office of Head Start Notice of Funding Opportunities (NOFO) Locator, and summarized below.
An important caveat from the DRS forecasts on grants.gov suggests that information could change (e.g., more service areas added, funding amounts revised). As stated in the DRS forecasts –
