Meanwhile, we’ve been asked to try to get a handle on what is going on with Round 2. Given that there is no official list of preliminary winners, it is up to us to piece that together. If you’d be willing to share the status of your negotiations, we’ll put together an analysis of which service areas were up for competition and who is currently in negotiations. So many of you have asked, we are certain that it would be helpful and of interest to the field. It will only work if you volunteer to share your status in terms of negotiations.
