Foundations for Families was hired to provide comprehensive and strategic guidance on start-up and implementation of the multi-million Round 1 EHS-CCP grant across 12 counties and 15 child care partners. Foundations for Families chaired weekly executive leadership team meetings over 10 months; restructured program, fiscal and budget areas for efficiencies and effectiveness; established milestones in all functional areas including governance; provided governance and fiscal trainings; and, designed the child care partners’ business and fiscal capacity building strategies. Foundations for Families also served as lead writer and program/fiscal designer of a $4 million grant for the expansion of EHS-CCP which was submitted in August 2016.
