Foundations for Families assessed the strength of the EHS/HS programs’ organizational and management capabilities prior to the submission of a grant application due to the agency’s placement on the Designated Renewal System list. Foundations for Families proposed numerous recommendations to enhance the overall personnel, management and programmatic performance, most which were adopted. Following that analysis, Foundations for Families provided a fiscal and contract assessment of newly awarded Head Start grants including child care partnerships.
