Foundations for Families helped an experienced grantee to develop five year fiscal goals to build and support the partners’ capacity in fiscal and business skills. Fiscal goals were mapped through all five years of the award with annual improvements pegged to actuals in Year 1. Ultimately, these detailed fiscal goals provided a concrete plan to support partners and enhance their fiscal and business capacity.
