Comprehensive Grant Writing. Through this highly collaborative approach, Foundations for Families team members provide customized support from start to finish to help applicants plan, draft, and submit a high-quality, competitive grant application. Our work plan includes weekly conference calls, strategic discussions, section drafts, copy edit and content reviews, and client approvals throughout the process.

Grant Coaching. Looking to build internal capacity? With grant coaching services, Foundations for Families provides support throughout the proposal development process. You draft the proposal. We provide an in-depth review of the narrative and provide feedback on content, format, competitiveness, and alignment with grant requirements and  evaluation criteria.

Toolkit. If your program has the capacity to write its own grant application, then our grant writing Toolkit might be the right fit. Our resources will equip your program with a timeline, template, and process to successfully draft and submit a competitive proposal. (Available for DRS and EHS/EHS-CCP grant applications only.)

Quality Assurance Review. Before submitting your application, Foundations for Families team members conduct detailed technical and content reviews of your proposal and provide feedback aligned to the grant requirements and evaluation criteria (when available) to strengthen its compliance and competitiveness.

Grants.gov Submission Support. The importance of timely and accurate data entry and submission of application components in grants.gov cannot be underestimated. When submission through grants.gov is required, Foundations for Families is available to provide step by step support through this final stage in the application process.

It was a true pleasure working with Foundation for Families for our Head Start grant applications.

You offered the insight, structure and guidance we needed to think through difficult decisions and come up with proposals that reflect our agency’s strengths and attributes.

The technical tools you provided for grant writing activities, like timelines and checklists, were extremely valuable and helped us to stay on track.

You definitely helped us accomplish more than we ever could have done on our own and we are very happy with our decision to hire Foundation for Families!
