As we await the formal announcement of DRS Round 4 (forecasted for July 15), we are pleased that the DRS Round 3 list is now available on ECLKC. Congratulations to the winners! Some of the outstanding Round 2 service areas winners and other competition winners were also officially listed (scroll all the way down).
You’ll recall that 103 grantees were on the DRS Round 3 list when it was officially released on February 5, 2014.
In most cases, one grantee was awarded per service area. However, in some cases the service areas were awarded to more than one grantee. Service areas with multiple winners include:

Middlesex County and Towns within Hartford County (2 grantees)
