Congratulations to everyone who successfully submitted a proposal as part of Designation Renewal System (DRS) Round 7! Submitting a proposal is no small task, and we hope it went smoothly for everyone.
Most DRS Round 7 applications were due on Monday, November 19 (there are a small handful of grants with later due dates). Now, we wait! The anticipated project start date for DRS Round 7 grants is July 2, 2019. We expect that over the course of the next few months applicants will start to hear from the Office of Head Start and enter the negotiation period.
As you consider the steps you plan to take during your start up period, please know that Foundations for Families team members are skilled start up planners, fiscal consultants, and technical assistance providers.
