It was great to talk with some of you at the Designation System Renewal (DRS) Meet up at the Head Start Annual Conference and to bump into others throughout the conference. We enjoyed hearing about programs’ experiences with DRS. Not surprisingly, DRS isn’t many people’s favorite topic! Some programs that have been through DRS shared with us that having to rethink their program was in the end a positive process. We also heard a desire for more clarity about DRS, and a desire for review and revision of the triggers.
