In December, HHS announced that it was in negotiations with the initial winners of the EHS-CCP grant awards.  By our calculation, the amount being negotiated with the initial winners is $416,900,000.  Although they will continue to make the balance of the awards through the end of March, it is interesting to examine the trends and details of the initial data.
